When Mr Ravichandran started the Gennext Cricket Institute, churning out quality cricketers was not the only charter or objective. It was with the aim of churning out better human beings and good citizens of the country. Ashwin himself likes to spend quality time with the children. Despite a very packed international schedule, Ashwin does make time for the children at each of the Gennext Centers. He has a word of encouragement for each and every child who trains at our institute. It is not just inputs on the game but he loves to build a very special one to one relationship with each child at the institute, knowing their backgrounds, their skill sets, their interests even their names. This makes Ashwin a very special mentor for Gennext Cricket Institute.
